CHILDREN’S  CHAPEL

Sunday, 3 May, during the 10 a.m. Mass

All children are welcome to our first-Sunday-of-the-month Children’s Chapel in the newly renovated Children’s Room by the Undercroft during the 10 a.m. Mass. Story telling, prayer, and crafts. The children will join the congregation for Holy Communion in the church.


GROUNDWORK CONTINUES

Wednesday evenings, 7 – 8:15 p.m.

Discussions based on the Gospel reading for the coming Sunday. Come to the whole series, or the weeks that interest you most.

Abide in My Love (6 May)

SAN FRANCISCO DEANERY MEETING AT ST. AIDEN’S

Saturday, 9 May, 9 a.m. to Noon

Parish clergy and representatives will attend the spring convocation of the Deanery of San Francisco at St. Aiden’s, 101 Goldmine Drive, in Diamond Heights.

We will say farewell to the Rev. Dan E. Burner at the 10 a.m. Mass and at a reception in his honor afterwards. After serving for almost two years at All Saints’ as a Parish Intern, Deacon, and Pastoral Associate, Dan has been appointed the Rector of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Penn Yan, New York, located in the Finger Lakes area. Congratulations, Dan! And thank you for your ministry at All Saints’!

DAY OF PENTECOST

Sunday, 24 May

  • Regular Schedule of Sunday Masses with the renewal of Baptismal Vows and the reading of the Gospel in many languages at the 10 a.m. Mass in celebration of the outpouring of God’s spirit on all people.
  • If you would like to read the Gospel in a language other than English at the 10 a.m. Mass, call the church office by Tuesday, 19 May. Texts available from then office.
  • At the 10 a.m. Mass we will also say farewell to Terrance Goodpasture, our Parish Seminarian from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific. Thank you, Terrance, for your ministry at All Saints’; and Godspeed on your senior year at CDSP!
